Return & Exchange Policy

Please email us at eebulous23@gmail.com or personal message us on Facebook Page <Eebulous House> and we will reply you as soon as possible. All return and exchange items have to be post back to us by POSLAJU within 2 days (we will not entertain any return and exchange request after the second day) upon item received based on Poslaju website tracking system. Eebulous will NOT be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. We will ship out the new item once we have checked and confirm the returned item.

Return and Replacement

• Applicable for both pre order and ready stock item

• Replacement is only for the same design in same color for defective or incorrect item

• Cash refund will be provided ONLY for the defective or incorrect item which is out of stock

• All replacement for defective or incorrect item received are free of handling fee and will be proceed once we received the returned parcel

• The tag SHOULD BE still attached to the items, in original packaging (unwashed, unworm and unaltered). Please make sure you have checked the item before cutting off the tag. Item which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly​

Return and Exchange

• An exchange will be carried out ONLY if the size you would like to exchange is available

• ONLY one time size exchange is allowed (Not available for design / colour exchanging)

• Please insert the handling fee into the parcel. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us

• ONLY applicable for ready stock item. Please note that we DO NOT provide size exchange for pre order item

• A RM10(West Malaysia) / RM15(East Malaysia) handling fee will be charged for item which incurred in exchanging size

• The tag SHOULD BE still with the item purchased, in original packaging (unwashed, unworm and unaltered). Item which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly.

• All exchange must be posted back to us by POSLAJU. Please send us the tracking number once you ship back the item. We will ship out the new size exchange parcel within 1-3 days upon returned item received.

• For item which is out of stock in the size you would like to exchange or not restock-able, the item price that you had paid will turn into store credit in which you may utilise it to purchase other available items. The store credit is with no expiration date. (Strictly NO cash refund). Your account credit will be automatically deducted from your next purchse. Please note that a processing fee of RM5 (RM7 for Sabah and Sarawak), any subsequent item RM3 per item will be charged. For example, if the returned item costs RM100, you will receive a store credit of RM95.

• Free size / one size / sales items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable

• Discrepancy in measurement of 1-3CM will not be considered as a defect

• Color may different due to monitor resolution. Color deviation due to lighting (appear darker or lighter) is strictly not returnable and exchangeable.

• If color runs / fades due to incorrect washing method / soaked, item is strictly not returnable and exchangeable. Please always refer to the correct washing method <Swimwear Care>
